Function of Ostomy Ring
This Ostomy barrier rings,has two specifications,one is 2mm,the other is 4mm thickness;and it’s mainly used for skin around stoma hollowing and wrinkle,prevent the leakage well.
How to use Ostomy Ring
(1) Before using the ostomy ring, make sure the skin around the stoma is clean and dry; remove the ostomy ring and tear off the anti-adhesive paper on both sides;
(2) Adjust and stretch the ostomy ring to the desired shape, and then stick it to the depressions and wrinkles of the skin around the stoma so that the skin and the ostomy ring form a flat surface, which is convenient for the use of other stoma care products. If necessary, the edge of the ostomy ring can be reshaped and firmly attached to the skin;
(3) Wear the ostomy bag;
(4) After use, gently roll the ostomy ring down from the skin and peel it off. The ostomy ring should be removed together with the base plate. Even if some residue remains on the skin, it will not damage the skin or affect the use of the next ostomy ring.
