In order to promote the development of the nursing discipline and further improve the specialized nursing ability and technical level of our hospital, on the afternoon of February 4th, the wound and ostomy nursing workshop of the nursing Department held the first activity of 2021 in Guanghua Hospital. At the same time, the evaluation forms and treatment methods of various wounds and stoma were constantly improved, and the nursing staff of the hospital were trained on knowledge of wounds, stoma and pressure ulcers, and assisted doctors to deal with difficult wounds. Attaches great importance to and support the leadership of the hospital, our hospital has four training wound colostomy health nurses, and with the establishment of the wound incision workshop, make the hospital in handling difficult wound colostomy professional new stage, but also for our colostomy, wound care work to develop in the direction of specialization, standardization laid a good foundation.

Through regular training and exchange activities, the ability of team members to evaluate and deal with chronic wounds, stoma and incontinence nursing problems can be further improved, and the specialized knowledge of nursing staff in the whole

The wound and ostomy nursing workshop strictly followed the requirements of the nursing consultation system, gave full play to professional expertise, and carried out the consultation work on the clinical difficult wound cases. When the clinical department has difficulties in wound care, it applies for nursing consultation, and members of the wound and stomy nursing workshop conduct on-site guidance and treatment. After the meeting, Liu Lihua led the team members to the dermatology department to consult a diabetic foot burn patient. After reviewing the case, the team members combined with the discussion of specialized knowledge, and gave the professional wound care measures.

The work of the stomy workshop has made us realize that only the effective use of the technical resources of specialist nurses can provide accurate and professional care to patients.
